The Mogaveera Vyavasthapaka Mandali(MVM) is a 106 year old institution started by our founding fathers that set their sails to Mumbai from the coastal district of Dakshina Kannada. Their missionary zeal, unflinching devotion to duty and overwhelming urge for social emancipation and selfless service to community culminated in the birth of the Mandali in 1902 in those formative and eventful yesteryears when history was in the making. Our illustrious founding fathers credited with yeoman service in the sphere of social, cultural and educational activities successfully managed to nurture and father the institution over the years.

The credible achievements and milestones of our institution speak volumes for the selfless and dedicated social service triggered by relentless efforts of our founding fathers and succeeding generation of social workers, uplifting thereby the community life socially, educationally and economically.

Mogaveera Vyavasthapaka Mandali runs an English medium school and junior college of commerce from its campus at Andheri(W), Mumbai, India. The Mandali has well established welfare schemes under various categories like education, medical, social and community welfare. It is also an umbrella organization that networks all organizations of the Mogaveera community.
